UNCLE VANYA is a play that elaborates the themes of lost happiness in great detail, dashed hopes, the fear of losing the home, aging, as well as the painful daily psychological questioning – are our lives happy, did we live the way we want, or we surrender without a fight to the circumstances that bypass us.
UNCLE VANJA is a play about passion, about the loss, about family and disappointment, about social oppression and life choices, about old age, for the sadness, but also for hope, which constantly makes us move forward and persistently stimulates us again and again to continue living!
